Updates in your KYC Toolbox from 28.04.2020

NEW FILTERS IN TAB "RELATIONS"
NEW the following two filters are available based on the different document types:

  • «Any most recent pending»: The Relations are showed for which at least one document type (e.g. Onboarding Chatbot or Video Identification) has the status PENDING. The most recent document version is always taken into account.
     
  • «All completed»: This filter shows all Relations where at least one version of each document type has the status COMPLETED.

NEW FILTERS IN TAB "KYC FILES"
NEW the following two filters are available based on the different document types:

  • «Any most recent pending»: The KYC Files are showed for which at least one document type has the status PENDING. The most recent document version is always taken into account.

MONITORING OVERVIEW
NEW the overview in the register Monitoring has also been completed with page numbers.

After release and first login to the Toolbox, please press the refresh button or press "command + shift + R" or "ctrl + shift + R". This avoids possible 401 error messages.
