Updates in your KYC Toolbox from 25.02.2020

NEW will the message be written via text editor field and sent to the KYC Spider Support.

VIDEO IDENTIFICATION
NEW the e-mail text suggestion can be individualized before sending out from the toolbox. When triggering a video identification via the toolbox, a text editor field appears first which can be used to adjust the text. Afterwards the e-mail can be sent. It is important to note that the existing link will not be deleted. Otherwise the end customer cannot perform a video identification. The user can close the window and reopen it so that the link is visible again.

Further improvements have been made in the transmission of data from the end customer.

UPLOAD SERVICE
NEW the e-mail text suggestion can be individualized before sending out from the toolbox. When the upload service is triggered via the toolbox, a text editor field appears first which can be used to adapt the text. Afterwards the e-mail can be sent. It is important to note that the existing link will not be deleted. Otherwise the end customer cannot upload files. The user can close the window and reopen it so that the link is visible again.

Furthermore, the sending of an SMS code has been optimized. In future a new SMS code will be sent directly to the end customer if the code was entered incorrectly.

ONBOARDING CHATBOT AND VERIFICATION CHATBOT
NEW the e-mail text suggestion can be individualized before sending out from the toolbox. When triggering the chatbot via the toolbox, a text editor field appears first which can be used to customize the text. Afterwards the e-mail can be sent. It is important to note that the existing link will not be deleted. Otherwise the end customer cannot conduct a chat. The user can close the window and reopen it so that the link is visible again.
